Lucy Arnott – Transpersonal Counsellor & Art Therapist
Lucy Arnott offers a holistic approach to mental health care, specializing in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, spiritual crises, and transitions in life. Through a blend of Transpersonal Counselling, Art Therapy, and meditative processes, Lucy helps clients navigate their emotional landscapes and discover their inner strength.
Therapeutic Approach
Lucy integrates a range of therapeutic techniques in her practice:
- Transpersonal Counselling: A person-centered approach allowing clients to discover their own answers, fostering self-empowerment and clarity.
- Art Therapy: Using creative expression to unlock subconscious insights and promote emotional healing.
- Voice Dialogue: A method of engaging with different aspects of oneself to gain perspective and emotional balance.
Lucy’s Philosophy
“I create a space for people to share their story and reframe experiences to gain perspective and clarity. Rather than being told what’s right or wrong, Transpersonal therapy allows you to discover your needs for yourself, leaving you feeling empowered and self-assured. I believe Art and Transpersonal Therapy are some of the most transformational tools we have access to.”
